Rodica recently completed her Master's in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University in the summer of 2024 and now resides in Turin, Italy.

Before moving to Italy, she lived in Boston while completing her graduate studies, where she deepened her expertise in human-centered design, usability, and product development.

Previously, Rodica worked in New York City’s fast-paced tech scene, where she managed digital transformation projects and collaborated with teams to create user-focused solutions. Before that, she spent several years in London’s Silicon Roundabout, supporting startups through rapid growth and helping shape their operational and customer experiences.

Originally from Romania, Rodica’s journey has taken her across continents, cultures, and industries. Along the way, she’s cultivated a global perspective, learned four languages, and developed a passion for connecting human needs with technology.

Outside of work, you might find her exploring Turin’s hidden gems, catching up over a strong Italian espresso, or picking up a table tennis paddle—a sport she’s played professionally since the age of seven.
